Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the alcohol beverage industry in Thailand. Stay updated on competitor activities, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Identify key target markets, distribution channels, and promotional opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
Sales Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of annual sales plans, including sales targets, promotional calendars, and product launches. Work closely with the sales team and trade marketing team to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and campaigns.
Channel Management: Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to optimize product distribution, availability, and visibility in the market. Monitor channel performance, sales trends, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and shelf presence.
Brand Management Support: Support the marketing team in the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and product positioning. Collaborate on promotional activities, events, and brand activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotional activities. Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively and foster positive working relationships to drive results and achieve targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in commercial roles within the alcohol beverage industry, preferably in Thailand.
Strong understanding of the Thai market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with sales and marketing software/tools.
