Supply Chain Manager

BRING IT:

• Analyze core/complex commodity trend and spending to develop short and long term sourcing strategy
• Lead the sourcing process & supplier negotiation
• Lead cost saving project (Spend/Build Smarter) to achieve cost target at standard product quality and compliance
• Develop supply strategy to support existing and LTO supply available to meet business objective both short and long term
• Lead Supply Chian risk management to identify and risk mitigate plan
• Cooperate with Global Supply Chain team to develop and execute global strategy e.g. Core seasoning & equipment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Supply Chain or comparable will be an advantage
• At least 5 years, experience in quick service restaurant business and supply chain procurement management
• Good Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and market trend analysis
• Good proven success in the complex negotiation and have good networking
• Strong analytical skill to support business decision-making and provide sourcing recommendation for responsible work
• Good Leadership & complex problem-solving skill
• Fluent in speaking, listening and writing both in Thai and English (business negotiation).
