About the Role

Join our innovative team in Thailand, Bangkok as the Business Process Management Lead and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, including contract creation, amendments, and renewals
• Oversee pricing operations and lead the annual pricing review process
• Drive instrument life cycle management processes and policy improvements
• Understand and simplify business processes to drive value creation
• Champion new ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with process mapping, automation tools, and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Business Process Management or Commercial Operations

Nice to Have

• Experience with industry-specific automation tools
• Knowledge of ERP systems beyond SAP
