Strategy & Operations Manager/Assistant Manager - Ride

What you'll do:

• Develop growth strategy for Taxi business and execute strategic plan, including monitoring results and cost.

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.

• Responsible for end-to-end strategic project execution, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance to get things off the ground.

• Drive the product and business planning processes, and analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.

• Own key business results (operating & financial), track & report business performance, address issues (or opportunities) and come up with growth initiatives.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy or Management Consultant roles.

• Strong business acumen, self-driven, intellectually curious, and analytical.

• Experience in Transport or Delivery business is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Open mindset and growth mindset: Must be adaptable, ready to learn, and open to new roles and industries as our company frequently expands into new sectors.
