Payment Operations Analyst (German)
Provide support to individual or group retailers for card transactions processed through a centralized online system across branded Esso service stations in Europe.
Monitor rejected transactions across several European countries to ensure timely payments to retailers or retail groups.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by responding to card issuers within defined timeframes to avoid financial liabilities.
Utilize multiple data sources to investigate and manage transaction controls, including identifying potential fraudulent card activity.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
0–5 years of experience in commercial or related fields is an advantage.
Fluent in English (TOEIC score of 750+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+).
Fluency in German is required.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
