Job Scope

• Support shipment and documentation operation for ASEAN and cooperate the shipment optimization activity together with related stakeholders to meet the sales plan objectives.
• Supporting the report for financial management. Works collaboratively with related functions to implement and contribute to the business objective

Job Description

• Term Master management
• Sales note & PFI issuing & payment confirmation
• Process the re-invoicing TP1 -> TP2
• Shipping document arrangement
• Financial report
• Manage the shipment schedule
• Monitor the pricing management & confirmation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International business, Logistics or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Good computer literacy such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word and skype for business
• Good command in English
• Logistics, Export/Import & Shipping documentation knowledge will be advantage
• Strong organization skills; Able to manage and prioritize the multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills for working with team members and other related departments
