Staff, Part Logistics Operational

Job Description

• Operation planning (Packing, Vanning, Shipping) to meet customers requirement and operation efficiency (Time, Cost, Quality).
• Monitor operation progress and adjust plan as needed or to support any unexpected situations.
• Collaborate with Oversea Customer, Engineer, Export team and related to complete task/close irregular issue.
• Data/Parameter setting and input properly by the timeline.
• Raise up on critical if any foreseen risk/impact to customer or operation.
• Provide necessary reports and information to Oversea Customers and related team.
• Support project implementation/coordination.
• Perform other duties as properly assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 0-3 years experience in Production Planning /Warehouse management from Automotive business.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks with deadline.
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skill
• Good logical, systematic thinking and analytical skill
• Excel (V-Lookup & Pivot & Formula), Power Point
