About the Role
Join our innovative company in Thailand, Bangkok, as an Order Management Partner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient daily sales reconciliation, customer order management, invoicing, and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Perform iDoc reconciliation to ensure successful order data interface
- Reconcile daily sales data for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, delivery, and sales data
- Generate and issue export order invoices accurately and timely
- Manage service invoice issuance and provide regular reporting
- Responsible for managing digital billing and issuing invoices promptly
- Maintain records of order transactions, communications, and resolutions
- Generate reports related to order processing for management decisions
What We're Looking For
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Communication: Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- System Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems or SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least three years of experience in order management or customer service
- Experience within a multinational company or healthcare industry preferred
