Order Management Partner

About the Role

Join our innovative company in Thailand, Bangkok, as an Order Management Partner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient daily sales reconciliation, customer order management, invoicing, and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Perform iDoc reconciliation to ensure successful order data interface
• Reconcile daily sales data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, delivery, and sales data
• Generate and issue export order invoices accurately and timely
• Manage service invoice issuance and provide regular reporting
• Responsible for managing digital billing and issuing invoices promptly
• Maintain records of order transactions, communications, and resolutions
• Generate reports related to order processing for management decisions

What We're Looking For

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Communication: Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Independence: Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• System Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems or SAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least three years of experience in order management or customer service
• Experience within a multinational company or healthcare industry preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital billing platforms
• Knowledge of iDoc reconciliation processes
