Key Tasks:
Act as the central point of contact for exception cases and escalations for operations.
Reviews and ensures achievement of customer-specific KPIs and service agreements.
Maintain close business relationships with high-value clients to ensure the delivery of high
quality of services.
Provide proactive problem resolution and corrective action to ensure excellent services.
Handles escalations.
Coordinates and improves customer Operations related processes.
Identifies and collaborates to secure new business with appropriate commercial owners.
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Business.
Excellent knowledge of forwarding business, DGF products, especially OFR and business systems.
Excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills.
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Proven Project Management skills.
