Create system and structure Continues Improvement in Pandora.
Coordinate and collaborate other departments to engage Kaizen program.
Introduce new alternative process and driving implementation.
Drive continueous improvement project to be across area within production, Support business decision making.
Effectively analyse data and integrate learning with other plants of PANDORA.
Provide actionable recommendations and business justification from the analysis to improve cost, productivity, efficiency, and reliability of production.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in the field of Industrial at the manufacturing factory.
