Key accountabilities :

• Ensure disciplinary and best working practices of responsible team members are monitored at all times.
• Ensure production output of responsible area meet target.
• Daily shop floor presence to clearly visualize shop floor problem and quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Report Supervisor in daily team meeting to discuss the output achieved compared to target and report any issues found.
• Ensure manufacturing processes such as WI and Routing are used for production and maintain high standards of manufacturing operations.
• Able to share ideas, recommend solutions and to support continuous improvement activities.
• Encourage employees by inspiring, motivating, and mentoring them toward best-in-class practice to develop their competencies and attitude.
• Ensure all company’s asset are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
• Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
• Enforce environment, health and Safety in manufacturing at all time.
