Key duties

• Drive Kaizen activity in PANDORA.
• Create system and structure Continues Improvement in Pandora.
• Coordinate and collaborate other departments to engage Kaizen program.
• Introduce new alternative process and driving implementation.
• Drive continueous improvement project to be across area within production, Support business decision making.
• Effectively analyse data and integrate learning with other plants of PANDORA.
• Provide actionable recommendations and business justification from the analysis to improve cost, productivity, efficiency, and reliability of production.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the field of Industrial at the manufacturing factory.
