Responsibilities:

Demand and Supply Planning Cycle:

• Review & prepare rolling forecast for affiliates
• Review forecast from affiliates for Indonesia export
• Coordinate meetings with sales to review distributors stock coverage and sales projection

Order Process

• Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system
• Provide reports on order status
• Follow up production and delivery schedule
• Prepare, review and send relevant documentation for order clearance for import business

Reporting

• Prepare visibility on orders progress and delivery, as well as performance, following KHC KPIs
• Provide necessary reports to comply with Global KHC policies

Position Requirement

• Industrial Engineering or related
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage
• 3-5 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning
• Analytical & Demand Planning
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proven track record of success
• Good in English proficiency
• Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.
