The overall purpose of the job
- Overall Operation management with 3PL (End to End process – Consumer Local & LCM Sector).
- Coordinate and execute Project improvement that can be initiated by Local or regional.
- Compliance monitoring both in operation and IT.
- Partner with commercial to drive and support business growth or new initiatives.
Essential duties and responsibilities-
- 3PL and 4PL operation management- Customer service, Warehouse, and Distribution management with operation KPI monitoring (contractual and specially requested) for both Consumer and OTC products (4PL). This will be related to Consumer Local & LCM business.
- Ensure day-to-day operation at 3PL including value-added services (Repacking) and 4PL (Order management) is operating smoothly and all KPIs and turnaround times are adhered to and in compliance with Franchise Quality requirements.
- Work with Implant, external customers, and other functions for improvement projects.
- Initiate, plan, and execute new ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, or reduce cost.
- Invoice verification- The W&D and Transportation budget cost includes CIP (Cost
- Improvement program). This needs to be monitored and actioned to meet the plan.
- At least once a week Gemba-walk at 3PL site and do Root-cause analysis when there are service complaints or see improvement opportunities.
- Inventory Management including stock destruction- Be a partner with the
- Supply planning team to create inventory level and health monitoring. (Inventory aging, SKU classification, WH layout management, space management and destruction action).
- Be the primary Point of Contact as a Deliver subject Matter Expert and engage with external and internal parties for Deliver operation matters.
- Ensure & OTIF-D meet KPI- be coordination with 3PL/4PL to solve the issue and to fix OTIF-D performance.
Essential knowledge and skills
- FMCG background (OTC knowledge preferred) 5-6 years
- Operation and process improvement (warehouse and transportation management preferred)
- Project management skills
- Data analysis knowledge.
- Order management.
- SAP and Planning knowledge.
- Excel knowledge (Intermediate level and above)
