Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation/functional solutions to address pain-points and digitalizing our customers businesses.
• Business requirement document preparation based on the functional solutions provided to customers.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our customers, both remotely and in person if required.
• Educate customers on how to interpret, operate and utilize Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management for their daily business operations.
• Customize training content to address the unique needs and goals of each customer, showcasing the relevance of Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management to their business.
• Collaborate with our product and development teams to stay up to date on the latest features and enhancements related to Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting operation related issues when needed.
• Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
• Being customer-centric and providing the best practices, training and onboarding experience.

Essential Requirements

• Solid background in warehousing and e-commerce operations, preferably with experience in warehouse management and order management systems and consulting/functional solution roles.
• Proficiency in explaining complex warehouse and e-commerce operations in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a functional solutioning, and customer-facing role, such as training and customer onboarding.
• Familiarity with our warehouse and e-commerce SaaS product, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles.
• Ability to fluently communicate and write both in English and Thai.
• Traveling required when needed.
