Establish effective communication channels to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on material ordering and inventory strategy.
Provide recommendations and support key decisions in mid to long term on both material strategy and material availability to both local & global stakeholders.
Establish procedures for inventory control, monitor inventory levels, and implement computerized systems to optimize the inventory process
Assure a supply of material with optimized inventory levels and minimum deviation between planned and actual results and aligning with finance and global supply chain.
Closely manage dependencies and create transparency to strategic priorities which have impact on material scope and initiatives in other functions locally and globally.
Develop an in-depth understanding of processes, policies, and constraints across Supply Chain & Sustainability and Value Chain to facilitate effective operational decisions and trade-offs.
Collaborate with project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements with related to material subjective.
Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or material management.
Experience in a global manufacturing environment is a plus.
Excellent English command skills
Proven ability to establish effective communication channels with both local and global stakeholders.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on material ordering and inventory strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations and support key decisions.
