Carrying out seismic data processing project work independently, identify and solve moderate geophysical problems independently, work with Project Leader for complex geophysical problems.
Developing and optimize some processing steps in projects, managing, preparing and ensuring quality control of geosciences data to support team projects.
Performing time processing and depth imaging of 2D and 3D land and marine seismic data (including generation of processing flows, parameter testing, velocity interpretation and model building).
Preparing, running, and managing production migration, tomography and other processing workflows on the company computer system and resolving any issues that may arise during a production run.
Ensuring quality of seismic product deliver to clients are good quality and preparing project reports and presentations, and participating in project meetings
Communicating with asset team and geophysicist on project matters, supervising other processing/depth imaging staff to complete their project work and assisting the team leader to manage team projects
Reporting to Project Leader or above and perform other related tasks as assigned by the team leader/project leader
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
Bachelor’s or higher in geophysics or related geoscience discipline.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in seismic interpretation with good general geological
knowledge and exploration/ development geophysics in Oil & Gas industry.
Good skill in computerized seismic interpretation using high technology software.
