Contact with patients and hospital’s contact person for PSP enrollment process
Plan regular schedules and make calls to gather data of PSP drugs and consumption, required documents and related information with patients as well as hospital’s contact person in order to ensure that FOC drugs are delivered to hospitals accurately and timely
Consolidate and summarize data of PSP drugs consumption and related information of patients and provide regular reports to clients without patient information.
Generate FOC orders based on given schemes or conditions and approvals given by clients
Identify problems that impacted PSP protocols and processes as well as coordinate with related parties for providing appropriate solutions to ensure that a provided service is complied with service agreement
Perform activities based on requirements as assigned
Report any adverse events to client as per client’s standard
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Licensed nurse Licensed nurse practitioner)
Minimum 1 years' experience in nursing practice, interaction with patients will be an advance.
Experience in managing patient's call service is an advantage.
