Responsible for managing open purchase order(PO) and purchase requisition (PR), open eRFX, contract management, stock inventory, and backlogs on a monthly basis
Data Tracking report by daily/monthly/ADHOC
Support other relevant teams e.g. after-sale support, sale, etc.
Ensure a clear understanding of all projects with the team.
Performs operation tasks and duties as and when assigned by Project & Operation Team
Plan and execute operational tasks according to company objectives and timelines
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of task requirement
Coordinate with purchasing team, supplier, warehouse, Legal
Address any issues or obstacles that arise during task execution promptly and effectively
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
5-7 years of experience in operation management, order management, contract management, and procurement process
Excellent operation management and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good knowledge and understanding of contractual terms towards with legal team, and commercial terms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
