Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Accountabilities

• Set priority on safety, while working on equipment and make sure equipment is safe to operate
• Incident & Near miss report
• Perform all Quality checks and record them into the systems.
• Testing perform follow standard test methods
• Record test results
• Maintain the testing equipment and make sure it is rightly calibrated
• Verify equipment and check calibration status before testing
• Look after all testing equipment are proper to use
• Integrity check of equipment periodically
• Clean after using the equipment for properly used for next time
• Regularly record the receiving and removed the items of inventory
• Reagents and Lab consumable Inventory check periodically
• Work as a team with Lab employees and operators
• Liaison in QC team and related parties according to daily production
• Make proposals how to do things better
• Improvement suggestion that related to QC inspection process

Experience

• Bachelor degree in any fireld
• More than 2 years experience in CI
• Experience in ISO or relevant quality management
