Monitoring results of tests, inspections, and any corrective actions in response to quality issues.
Systematically collect and analyze user experience vs merchant quality standard in order to identify new trend and issue or adjust new standard to meet user needs
Engage in root cause analysis and implement preemptive measure to preclude merchant quality
Formulate and uphold quality procedures and policies to guarantee consistent merchant quality
Collaborate with internal and external function to proactively resolve quality-related issues and process improvement

What you’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration or relevant field.
2 years of Operation Management, Data Analysis or related fields.
Has the wit to notice unusual things, good communication skills, and a willingness to learnDetail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
