Control standard of QC and After sale service team
Monitor forecast and opportunity list weekly / monthly
Control and Audit QC and Transfer team performance and consultant for further improving
Qualifications:
Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related filed
10+ years of experience in Qc and transfers and After Sales Service field
Minimum 5 years experience in managerial
Able to work Multi Task and Multi Organization
Good communication and conflict management to strategic thinking
