Production Specialist

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•         Daily support of Production functions regarding supplier’s confirmations, updates and special requests

•         Securing bookings with our business partners

•         Settling accounts with suppliers and supporting the accounts payable processes

•         Researching and identifying new business partners

•         Following up on quality control actions confirmed by Procurement Specialists

•         On tour support to both Tour Directors and business partners

•         Collaborating with our Market Development team in the United States to help improve logistics and develop itineraries in our programs

•         Liaising with Operations and TD department staff in Zurich

•         Assisting TDs pre-tour with materials, documentation & communication relating to their tours

•         Supporting the Operation team by assisting with other administrational responsibilities, daily issues that may arise due to delays & unforeseen events on tour.

Requirements

•         Fluency in both Thai and English. Other language such as Vietnamese is preferred but not required.

•         Similar work experience in the tourism industry is a plus

•         University degree

•         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•         Self-driven and flexible. A quick learner and a proven problem solver

•         Resilience & a ‘nothing-is-impossible' attitude

•         Comfortable with learning new technology and software

•         Enjoys working with numbers & Microsoft Excel

•         Able to analyze and question processes and strives to come up with creative ways of improving them. Think outside the box!

Good to have:

•         International travel experience

•         Knowledge of North American culture
