Consolidate aggregated demand and determine order quantities, lead time, MOQ and production frequencies for replenishment to drive optimal results.
Review materials schedule against production plan to maintain priorities and meet established schedules to resolve delayed shipments, material shortages as well as identifying problems.
Provide weekly bucketed schedule to ensure materials availability for process orders.
Work closely with procurement and suppliers to guarantee efficient communications are maintained through meetings and reporting schedules and ensure appropriate lead times are in effect.
Compile cost and effect on related functions for product cancellation, obsolete and other terminations.
Monitor inventory stock levels by applying inventory control techniques, stock aging, monitoring and review minimum and maximum stock levels.
Proactively communicate with related parties when availability issues arise for order fulfillment and provide projected backorder.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry or related business.
Possess knowledge and exposure in materials planning, order management and production planning preferably.
Effective communication skill in both English and Thai
Knowledge on MS-Office Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
Proven working experience as a professional, high responsibilities and can-do attitude.
Ability to integrate customers' perspective, decisions, actions and proactively seek out fellow team members’ ideas and opinions.
