Principal Functional Consultant / Business Analyst, Insurance Sector

Eligibility

If you have work experience as a senior professional in the Life & Annuity insurance business, we wish to discuss opportunities with you.

• Senior Customer Collaborator (CXO, Program Head, Business Leaders) Management
• 12-20 year’s experience in Thailand across Group, Life, Annuity, Pension and General Insurance Domain either in Business Operations, Business Analysis, Change Management or Digital Transformations
• Insurance industry certifications and network
• Cultural sensitivity and Technology Delivery co-ordination across multi locational teams
• Insurance Packaged Software experience (OIPA, ALIP, Graphtalk, Vitech, TCSBancs, DXC, Sinosoft insurance or Sapiens insurance)
• Passionate about technology and technology enabled change
• Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow
• Ability to solve business problems being part of agile multi-functional teams

Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Insurance, Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering with excellent Filipino and English written and oral communication skills

• Collaborate across functional, technical, solution teams to implement solutions to highest standards of customer satisfaction, in time and on budget.
• Develop case studies, white papers, blogs to match with the latest industry wide technical trends in local market.
• Champion for Oracle Insurance technology in Thailand
