Manage and support all the channels and the customers on all technical and commercial matters.
Set, measure, and monitor the performance of the channels in Thailand.
Assist and work together with the supervisor to develop the channels in Thailand to expand the coverage without creating any conflict.
Liaise with product line managers to obtain the best support providing to the channels/customers in Thailand.
Develop the sales growth strategies for the new products and solutions in Thailand.
Feedback the market information such as market trend, customers' needs, and competition activities in Thailand.
Establish the sales budget and profit planning of in Thailand.
Provide the monthly/rolling sales and order forecast of Thailand to the region and the supervisor.
Work with Customer Support Representatives in EA PDSS to ensure prompt FAT, shipments, and services.
Provide bi-weekly business update report to supervisor including participation in monthly or biweekly conference call hosted by supervisor.
Provide technical support including customized solutions to meet customers' need and respond to questions from customers in Thailand.
Develop, propose, and initiate the promotion of the products and the solutions in Thailand such as hosting seminars and participating in trade show.
Liaise with Credit department for Payment terms and Credit lines of distributors.
Organize training to the channels in Thailand for Foreign Corruption Practice Acts and Business Ethics.
Liaise with Inside sales representative, customer service representative, and application engineer to finalize quotations with solutions for customers.
Qualifications
6-14 Years related experience
Prefer working experience for Power capacitor company
Decent technical knowledges of Electrical products and solutions particular in Power transmission, distribution network, & Renewable Energy Industry
Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
Transparent, On time communication with, and reporting to supervisor
Strategic thinking skills with creativity
Fluent in written and spoken English
Taking Initiative with strong leadership and passion to explore new business
Good interpersonal skills and communication skill.
