Merchandise Manager (Eden Estate)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly/monthly reports (Sales and Inventory), assess fast/slow moving items, and develop action plans.
• Provide account rolling inventory report, be able to advise if stock level is over or shortfall.
• Ensure selection aligns with business guidelines and store inventory is at full capacity.
• Coordinate payment, claim, and return.
• Layout merchandise list based on authorized floor plan and be able to recommend in-store display.
• Negotiate with suppliers in buying and merchandising products under responsibilities, to ensure effective operations within approved plans and budget, along with achieve profitability and gross sales
• Monitor stock under responsibilities to ensure stock and gross sales performance aligning with the policy
• Monitor analysis of market, trends, product popularity, customers, and relevant information of products under responsibilities to prepare for product management planning
• Research for new products interested by target group to satisfy customer needs and drive gross sales
• Collect other income under responsibilities to support income and achieve gross sales as planned
• Coordinate with suppliers in term of documentation to manage relevant documents aligning with policy and regulations to support buying and merchandising effectively and maintain relationship
• Provide knowledge and update about products and shelf organizing to Sales team
• Monitor shipment, delivery on time, pricing, promotion, and markdown.
• Monitor shipping, delivery within launch date, pricing, promotion, and markdown.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity and managerial position, preferably in a retail setting.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail math's.
• Able to work in a fast pace and multi-tasking environment.
• Knowledge of shipping and E-Commerce.
