Master Data Expert Manager

Master Data Maintenance

• To ensure timeliness, quality, compliance and consistency and completeness of master data availability under ANZ and NEA responsibility in order to run system-based end-to-end SC planning process and across business system
• Execute changes to SAP master data, perform mass update and upload data analysis
• Resolve master data issues

Master Data Monitoring

• Track master data availability and follow up with key users of related departments with the help of the weekly master data monitoring report to ensure task completion on time.
• Escalate risks of delayed master data availability to management team if needed.
• Regularly perform master data quality check and clean up in order to keep highest quality and efficiency of master data. Manage the data governance process and material master with updates and deactivation.
• Coordination and Monitoring of Workflow on Product Master Data. Governance on efficient daily execution of maintenance of data fields and focus on data quality

Master Data Interface And Training

• Acts as communication interface between Regional/Global/other countries regarding master data related matters.
• Regularly provide a basic training of master data process & system to new and existing key users. Transfer best practices and create a key user community to sustain knowledge in the ANZ/NEA
• Controls changes to EAN/TIF codes within the business to minimize changes at piece, shrink, case and pallet level, define GTINs based on marketing's request base on the GTIN Allocation Manual on the GS1 rules
• Implement standard master data processes and control
• Centralize contact person for implement the standardization master data process and solving interface, master data process issue

Master Data Process And System Improvement

• Update Blueprint and Documentation of the MD maintenance Process.
• Proactive analyze and review of existing master data process and system in order to continuously develop master data process and system to efficiently support business process.
• Actively participate or being a project leader in any assigned improvement projects for purpose of continuous improvement.
• Assist business process in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
• Support projects of related function, attend the meeting and allocate to team to follow the timeline, provide summary report

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 1-2 years related experience in master data maintenance process
• Experience using SAP is a must
• Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
