Job Description
Track project delivery within KBTG including review progress against delivery milestones, produce dashboard reports, manage construction timetables, and collaborate with the PMO team to address issues and risks within agreed timelines.
- Track overall project delivery within KBTG and report on project utilization, efficiency, and completion
- Review progress in relation to delivery milestones to ensure that it is on time and within quality and cost estimates
- Produce weekly/bi-weekly/monthly project dashboard reports and metrics on the health, status, and quality of the projects for a status review of resource capacity
- Use trackers to update and manage project construction timetables
- Collaborate closely with PMO team to monitor and address on issues, risks, and the project delivery within agreed quality and timeline
Job Qualification
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of work experience as Project/Program Manager, Product Manager/Owner, or Business Analyst for digital products/services. Background in Financial Services, Technology.
- Ability to manage team and stakeholders with maturity, positivity, and service-mind. Be a role model for open mindset and collaboration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Thai and English, can communicate complex ideas in simple and impactful manner.
- Ability to quickly absorb, process, and present information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good logic and problem-solving skills with focus on the big picture and real value of work
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, project management, and agile methodologies
- Willingness to act without sticking to roles and adapt well to changing circumstances and environments.
