IT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - TEAM HEAD

Responsibilities

• Leads the product development team with the vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals.
• Responsible for the digital streaming platform, including new feature development, user experience improvement, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and initiate actionable platform development pipelines.
• Manages backlog prioritization by balancing stakeholders' expectations.
• Designs and reviews the end-to-end customer journey and integration solutions, project plans, and test case scenarios, including operational processes and incident management across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Leads and manages IT development vendors and outsourcing to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet requirements and quality standards.
• Communicates project status, updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Identifies potential risks in project delivery and develops mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Leads and supervises data projects to ensure business intelligence metrics are delivered and meet stakeholders' expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in digital product development, project management, and mobile application development.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing IT vendors.
• Experienced in software development life cycle, including both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
