Job Qualification Governance & Control
- Define various reporting processes, templates, and tools. Ensure that key transformation governance and process are properly and uniformly executed.
- Act as a centralized control to design governance model and meeting cadences.
- Continuously find ways to maintain & increase governance effectiveness.
Value Management
- Validate project’s objective and target result alignment to company’s direction and goal
- Drive valuerealization tracking to ensure that the goals and benefits of a project are being achieved as defined by its business case.
- Oversee corporate communication plan for transformation projects
Program Management – Transformation Projects
- Work with each area’s PM/PMO to consolidate project charters as baseline and develop integrated IT Master Plan, and on-going project status (including progress timeline, budget, result & benefit, issue and risk) to develop overall status report
- Manage and escalate issues & risks that might affect the defined OKR or proposed value, drive teams to defined dependencies, intervention plan, and target resolved timeline.
- Support and provide recommendation to project as working team where needed.
- Arrange, facilitate, and develop minutes of meetings.
