Position - Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making
• Ensure software solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate software functionality
• Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the software development industry is highly preferred
