Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for IT service related queries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Create bug service ticket for internal dev teams
Communicate with stakeholders for potential service improvements
Training users
Create training materials
UAT and Go-Live support
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Understanding of healthcare industry is a plus
