Responsibilities:
Develop and implement market activities that are consistent with the organization's short-term and long-term objectives and strategies.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and forecast changes.
Prepare and control marketing project budgets, including monitoring the cost and effectiveness of various campaigns.
Create and manage assets in a coordinated way like a brand to create a sense and memory in the market.
Plan and manage marketing communication activities, including advertising, public relations, and communication on online media.
Monitor and analyst marketing results, including the use of information and knowledge to adjust market strategies.
Prepare content and supervise dissemination through online and offline media as specified in the plan.
Manage the budget of the marketing department and work effectively within the specified financial scope.
Create and execute strategic market activities to support business objectives.
Analyst the results and evaluate the success of market activities, and present the report to the top management.
Qualifications:

27-35 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in marketing management or Project Management.
Have skills in strategic planning and market analysis. Able to apply information to marketing plans.
Have good project management skills. Able to manage resources, budget, and project time effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking. Able to work with the team and coordinate with relevant people effectively.
Have creativity and the ability to solve immediate problems.
Have an understanding of digital marketing trends and online media and can use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
