Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market activities that are consistent with the organization's short-term and long-term objectives and strategies.

• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and forecast changes.

• Prepare and control marketing project budgets, including monitoring the cost and effectiveness of various campaigns.

• Create and manage assets in a coordinated way like a brand to create a sense and memory in the market.

• Plan and manage marketing communication activities, including advertising, public relations, and communication on online media.

• Monitor and analyst marketing results, including the use of information and knowledge to adjust market strategies.

• Prepare content and supervise dissemination through online and offline media as specified in the plan.

• Manage the budget of the marketing department and work effectively within the specified financial scope.

• Create and execute strategic market activities to support business objectives.

• Analyst the results and evaluate the success of market activities, and present the report to the top management.

Qualifications:

• Unisex

• 27-35 years old

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business administration or related fields.

• At least 4 years of experience in marketing management or Project Management.

• Have skills in strategic planning and market analysis. Able to apply information to marketing plans.

• Have good project management skills. Able to manage resources, budget, and project time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking. Able to work with the team and coordinate with relevant people effectively.

• Have creativity and the ability to solve immediate problems.

• Have an understanding of digital marketing trends and online media and can use digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
