Key Responsibility:
Lead the development of full year event strategy to increase Customer visit and maximizing sales & profitability. The event must be innovative and trailored to specific channel and store formats.
Prepare and conduct trade gap analysis to initiate trade plan and its events & manage the evaluation and analysis of competitors, promotions and events performance to determine effectiveness and recommend the appropriate corrective plan to close the gap (if any) and better plan for future Quantify and value all future trade plan activity and forecasting potential trade
Work closely with the Insight team to identify key customer needs, sentiments, and opportunities, and work with the Marketing team to develop clear and engaging event communication plans.
Manage end-to-end trade event execution by collaborate with Commercial for range and promotion plan, SRD team for planogram at store, Supply chain to ensure stock availability during events and Operations team to develop effective execution and events for customers to deliver the sales targets
Supervise and guide the team in creating impactful campaign mechanics, store visibility, store activities, and retail engagement to draw customers and drive traffic to store.
Deliver an event plan with financial Key Performance Indicators for sales, return on space, strategic space planning, stock and exit planning including Monitor campaign performance and lead post-event analysis, ROI measurement, and actionable insights for future improvement.
Identify KPIs—including customer engagement, MyLotus (Mylo) participation, store visits, and halo impact—for effective tracking aligned with the trade event strategy.
Ensure appropriate lead lead-times are identified and controlled to delivers all KPIs
Take ownership to integrate all corporate and category events and campaigns to have one master Trade plan for business. Ensure the master trade plan can drive business to reach the expected goals, simple for customer to understand and easy for front end operations to execute.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields.
Having at least 3-5 years of experiences in Trade Marketing / Commercial with retail / dynamic business background would be a BIG plus.
Detail-oriented, Strong analytical, self-motivation, problem solving and presentation skills.
Experience in project management is plus

Data Interpretation and able to connect the relevant information from varieties of sources
