Performance Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Support media planning and audience segmentation using first-party and CRM data
Develop and maintain campaign dashboards and performance reports using BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Excel
Perform creative testing (A/B), budget pacing, and funnel conversion tracking
Analyze ad performance across platforms, identify underperforming creatives or audiences, and recommend actionable improvements
Use event-level data and UTM tracking to measure campaign effectiveness and attribute conversions
Collaborate with marketing and data engineering teams to enhance tracking, targeting, and data pipelines
Generate insights that inform creative direction, channel mix, and customer acquisition strategy
Qualifications:
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing or analyzing digital ad campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
Proficiency in performance marketing metrics, attribution, and media buying logic
Familiarity with SQL (BigQuery preferred) and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets
Experience with pixel implementation, conversion APIs, and audience uploads (hashed PID) is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
Must be a Thai citizen (on-site role, no visa sponsorship)
