• BI Strategy: Design and implement data strategies aligned with business goals.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor BI team members.

• Data Management: Oversee data collection, integration, and quality assurance.

• Analytics: Analyze data to uncover trends and business opportunities.

• Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.

• Data Governance: Ensure data security, compliance, and standards.

• Strategic Support: Guide business decisions with data-driven insights.

• Market Insights: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.

• Budgeting: Manage team budget and resource allocation.

• Communication: Present insights clearly to leadership and teams.

• IT Business Partner focusing on Strategy IT support for CRM and E-Commerce

• Oversee & Manage IT Infrastructure and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, statistics, Information Technology , or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience (10+ years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles in project management and implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Familiar with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Kissflow, Generative AI for business, Power BI, Python).

• Familiar with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Planner)

• In-depth knowledge of data analytics, data visualization and action plan implementation

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in the cosmetics industry or a FMCG industry is a plus.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security (e.g., PDPA)
