Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of enterprise digital strategy in alignment with corporate goals
Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into digital priorities
Drive cross-functional digital transformation programs, ensuring on-time, value-focused delivery
Oversee the Digital PMO portfolio, tracking progress, removing blockers, and driving impact
Lead strategic reviews, digital steering committees, and governance forums
Identify emerging technologies, innovation trends, and new digital business models
Inspire and coach team members to build digital capability and strategic thinking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field. A background in Information Technology or Computer Engineering is a plus.
At least 8 years of professional experience in digital strategy, transformation, business consulting, or related fields
Proven track record in leading large-scale digital initiatives or enterprise PMOs
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to align, influence, and communicate across levels
Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment
Agile, collaborative, and passionate about building the future of business
Good command of English (TOEIC Score 700 and above)
Provided support through ad-hoc task execution as assigned by supervisor
