Legal & IP Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Execution of anti-counterfeit activity
• Promote company's corporate governance and internal control system
• Promote legal compliance system in company (i.e. PDPA, competition law)
• Contract review and drafting in English and Thai
• Providing legal advice to company's business units
• Secretariat of Board of Directors and Shareholders Meeting
• Liaise with external lawyer for handling legal dispute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in law, intellectual property, internal control, or corporate governance
• Proficiency in English communication
• 9 years or more experience as in-house corporate lawyer
• Having experience in anti-counterfeit activity, corporate governance, internal control is advantageous
