Lead Business Analyst (Deposit/Lending)

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Work with business team to gather, clarify, analyze and document business requirements
• Document requirements and develop process flows, screen, reports, files, etc.
• Participate in new core bank selection process by:
• Provide list of requirements
• Review products specifications, functions and features
• Participate in Proof of Concept
• Identify and evaluate gaps
• Etc
• During the implementation phase, work with business team to analyze, confirm, prioritize business requirements to design team.
• Ensure that requirements are traceable throughout the development lifecycle.
• Review the functional designs provided by Developers along with the stakeholders and ensure that all business requirements have been captured and reflected in the design.
• Provide input for test scenarios, and ensure the deliverables meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Higher in computer science or computer related field
• At least 10 years in Application Development
• At least 7 years as Business Analyst
• Familiarity with core banking functionalities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and have ability to learn complex processes quickly
