Job Description
- Develop a strategy in collaboration with the Customer Experience team to identify, segment, and engage with BU's customers.
- Integrate, formulate, and execute personalized omnichannel marketing strategies, covering marketing communications, multi-channel campaign management, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Create and manage a consumer insights plan to understand trends, consumer attitudes and behaviors, functional and emotional requirements, consumption occasions, shopper needs, and translate these findings into actionable insights for brand positioning and messaging.
- Capture and analyze customer data across all communication channels throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Drive the utilization of data for commercial purposes, leading analysis and acting as a catalyst for change (insights generation, execution of action plans, measurement, and change management).
- Manage and strengthen relationships with business users to maximize data for commercial purposes and create actionable insights from various existing data sources.
- Initiate ideas, create a roadmap, and execute plans for new data acquisition to propel the business forward.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, analytics, products, and IT teams on analytics deliverables and work processes.
Key Qualification
Education (Minimum Qualifications Required)
- Bachelor / Master degree
- Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience (Minimum Professional Experience Required)
- Proven 7 years of experience in customer insights and commercial analysis, with expertise in at least one of the following fields: retail, pricing, promotions, CRM, or media measurements.
- Experience in retail, real estate industry is a plus
- Be able to communicate in English
