- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Capability to organize and integrate overarching plan into project-related
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide win-win solutions for stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an efficient manner
- Having a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment
- Having an experience in managing a team will be a plus
