Accomplish Mortgage Sales ’s objectives by planning, supervising, controlling, and supporting all activities.
Responsible for all loan services including mortgage loan, refinancing & retention to increase loan market shares.
Establish strategic partnership plan to increase loan volumes from mortgage loan.
Provide directions and advice sale team under Mortgage Sales.
Monitor overall performance under Mortgage Sales to ensure performance achievement.
Maintain relationships with existing customers as well as building new relationship with new customers.
Manage and control budget under Mortgage Sales.
Qualifications;
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Knowledge & Experience in the Banking industry of at least 10 years is a plus.
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Skills required are value chain management, strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, execution, detailed-oriented, committed to results, and presentation.
Strong commercial acumen, with a good understanding of sales, marketing, and financial management principles
