Head BD Infrastructure Management

Responsibilities:

• Overview for all BD infrastructure teams include Seller policy, Seller Education and Payment Solution
• Establishes strategic goals by gathering business, financial, service, and operations information.
• Work to support management on business strategy and planning
• Define, implement and execute strategy to improve key team KPIs and performance
• Use strong interpersonal skills to represent BD/Sellers and coordinate with other departments
• Leverage on logical and structural thinking to optimize working process by being able to identify potential pain points and propose solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in business related fields
• At least 4 years of experiences in a management consulting firm or e-commerce business or operation business
• Self driven, Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with good at execution and project management
• Strong interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Excellent communication capability in both Thai and English
