Job Description

• Welcome and provide service according to King Power's service standards to Russian customers.
• Facilitate language communication and resolve various issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide information on various aspects such as product details, sales promotions, and bonus information accurately.
• Introduce details about the locations of different stores, especially those with special brand-name products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Russian / Thai nationality
• Age not over 35 years old
• TOEIC score of at least 550.
• Positive personality with a passion for service-oriented work.
• Able to work in shifts.
