Corporate Affairs Lead

Responsibilities:

• Business Leadership: Lead PP/GA advocacy efforts across IndoChina CU, defending business interests with government stakeholders. Develop and implement advocacy strategies for emerging legislative areas.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements for facility operations and business activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Advise and support business leaders on government advocacy. Collaborate closely with corporate communications to drive positive perception of PepsiCo in CU.
• Corporate Reputation: Contribute to media relations strategy and identify communication opportunities to enhance PepsiCo's corporate reputation.
• Citizenship/CSR: Sponsor and oversee CSR activities, fostering partnerships that strengthen external reputation and internal employee engagement.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide functional insights and foster partnerships within CU Committee and across business units to support strategic goals.
• Integration and Stewardship: Seamlessly integrate and steward Corporate Communications and PP/GA functions.

Leadership Team Accountabilities:

• Team Development: Lead and develop a motivated team aligned with PepsiCo Career Development Objectives and Values.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for direct and dotted line reports.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, preferably in FMCG sector.
• Experience engaging with CEOs, GMs, and senior leaders, with journalism or government relations background advantageous.
• Mastery of Corporate Communications and PP/GA disciplines, adept at stakeholder relations aligned with business goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in diverse media and communications channels.
• Strong business acumen, capable of strategic and tactical business understanding.
