Commercial Development Manager (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Real Estate Development Business: Lead feasibility studies for Eden Estate’s new commercial real estate project ventures, including but not limited to, sports and hospitality clubs. Develop business models, revenue and cost projections, conceptual programs, preliminary planning, and strategic plans for commercial real estate projects.
• Property Management Business: Develop and implement strategies to expand Eden Estate’s residential and commercial property management business. Create unique value propositions that differentiate Eden Estate from its competitors in the property management industry.
• Residential Development Business: Assist in the assessment of potential land plots for Eden Estate’s ‘EDEN’ condominium projects develop initial feasibility models and conduct preliminary due diligence for residential development projects.
• Partnership Management: Establish and manage relationships with key partners in the commercial, hospitality, and property management industries. Coordinate with partners throughout all stages of project development.
• Land Acquisition: Support the execution of land acquisition processes, including initiation, negotiation, and finalization. Liaise with landowners,
• agents, internal departments, and relevant authorities to complete land acquisition from sourcing to ownership transfer.
• Market Research and Trends: Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for Eden Estate. Develop and maintain a comprehensive information network to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in architecture, Finance, Business, Marketing,
• Economics, or a related field to real estate development business.
• 3-6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Development (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Development (optional).
• Proven competency in project feasibility analysis.
• Excellent business English written/spoken skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong drive to create successful projects.
