Senior Manager, District Operations and Facility Management

Job Description

• Oversee and control the facility management of the building
• Ensure the performance of the building management team meet the expectatation
• Able to understand the source of other income and able to generate revenue such as carpark income, OT Aircon
• Able to analyze and monitor data such as mobile app usage, access sytems and retail foot traffic in order to help improvement of the building
• handle service agreements and monitor contract period to ensure the continuity of services
• Plan and control building's CAPEX and OPEX
• Handle tenants complaints
• Monitor and control the administrative process and function

Key Qualification

• Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years of facility management experience
• Flexible on working hours
• Have analytic skill set and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English skills
