Visual Merchandiser Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand and drive sales.
- Lead and oversee the design and flow of in-store displays, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with store management and design teams to optimize store layouts for maximum visual impact and customer flow.
- Plan and execute window displays, in-store signage, and product presentations.
- Curate product displays that showcase merchandise in an appealing and engaging manner.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor displays to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and manage budgets for visual merchandising initiatives.
- Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior & Manager Visual Merchandising or in a similar role.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
- Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
